The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery is made domestically (Austria) and in the following countries.
Shipping costs including statutory value added tax.
The shipping costs will be communicated to the customer during the ordering process.

Domestic deliveries ( Austria):
We charge the shipping costs at a flat rate Euro 6,90 per order.

Deliveries abroad

Wir berechnen die Versandkosten ins Ausland pauschal wie folgt:
EU and foreign countries: Euro 14,90

All shipments inside and outside Austria will be delivered by Austrian mail. Please note that when shipping to non-EU countries, any import VAT and any customs duties are to be borne by recipients.
In this regard, please contact the competent customs authority.

The delivery is subject to availability. Deviations in delivery times are possible, as the order processing time is 1-3 working days.

Delivery times

If no other deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically within 1-3 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

Return

If you make use of your right of withdrawal and want to return the goods to „RADO-DESIGN“, the following conditions apply.

The costs for returning the order within and outside Austria are to be borne by the customer.
Any customs costs incurred for delivery and return from non-EU countries will not be borne by „RADO-DESIGN“.

Returns will only be taken back completely, unworn, in the original packaging and with a security seal.

Exchange

The goods purchased from „RADO-DESIGN“ cannot be exchanged.

Complaint about your delivery

Is the product you ordered defective? We are sorry. We would be happy to check your complaint. Please send us an email, we will process it as soon as possible.

Transport damage

If you notice any transport damage to the delivered goods or the packaging upon delivery, we ask you to inform „RADO-DESIGN“ as soon as possible.
You must have the transport company’s employee confirm in writing when accepting the goods. Failure to provide written confirmation has no consequences for you in terms of statutory warranty rights.
The written confirmation of the carrier only supports the assertion of „RADO-DESIGN“ claim against the carrier or the transport insurance. If you should take photos of the damage, please send them to „RADO-DESIGN“ by E-mail.

Accepted payment options

Payment with credit card

When paying by credit card, the customers credit card is charged immediately when the order process is completed. After reporting back to Zsanett Rado („RADO-DESIGN“) that the credit card has been charged, the invoice amount will be debited from the customers credit card. If the debit is successful, the goods will be sent. Payment by credit card does not incur any additional charges

Payment with PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service with wich you can pay for purchases quickly and securely. PayPal relies on the payment methods that you know from your bank. With every transaction, the customer decides whether he wants to pay by bank transfer, direct debit, from a credit on his PayPal account or by credit card. No matter wich method he chooses, there are no additional fees.

Payment in advance

Select prepayment in the payment step and complete the order.
Please transfer the total amount within 5 working days after placing your order, stating the order number, to the bank account mentioned below.
Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by the customer. We will ship your order as soon as the payment has been received on our account.
